Premier League star Gareth Barry set to feature in Guiness World Record.

Gareth Barry's achievements are set to be recognised in the 2017 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records.
The former England international broke the record for highest number of Premier League starts when he was named in Roberto Martinez's starting line-up against Sunderland last season, which was his 572nd start in the top flight of English football.
The record had been held by goalkeeper David James with 571 starts, but Barry has surpassed his former England teammate, with the record now standing at 580 Premier League starts and only likely to increase, with the 35-year-old forming a strong partnership at Everton with Idrissa Gueye.
The midfielder began his Premier League career with Aston Villa back in 1998, spending 11 years at Villa Park before he joined Manchester City in 2009, where he won the Premier League under Roberto Mancini. Barry has made more than 600 appearances in the Premier League.
